We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, GBGO, LLC will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery / shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.

 All returns will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted back. Please call us at 480-272-1510 or email us at gbgoinfo@gmail.com 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our address for authorized returns is: 29455 N Cave Creek Road, Ste 118-266, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
