Shipping policy

**Processing Time**  
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Larger orders (30 cartons or more) may take additional time for palletizing.

**Shipping Timeframes**  
*UPS Shipments:*  
- Free Ground Shipping: 3-8 business days (48 contiguous states)  
- 3rd Day Air: 1 day processing + 3 business days  
- 2nd Day Air: 1 day processing + 2 business days  
- Next Day Air: 1 day processing + 1 business day  

*Freight Truck Shipments:*  
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends). For urgent orders, contact us with your required date; expedited options may incur extra charges. Inside delivery (White Glove Service) is available upon request for an additional fee.

**Shipping Costs:**  
- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $60 (48 contiguous states).  
- $5 flat rate for orders under $60.

**Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:**  
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for these locations.

**PO Boxes & APO:**  
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
